I am a creative and caring Realtor who understands how to interact with people. I have extensive experience working with people and businesses from different industries and cultures. My strong work ethic, patient guidance and attention to detail means as much to first-time buyers and sellers as to seasoned pros. Realtor/Office Manager/Instructor, ATM Real Estate, Inc., Richmond, CA   [2001 – 2006]

Consulted and negotiated transactional details, wrote acceptable offers, greeted customers and demonstrated features and benefits through showings. Converted prospects into sales while managing an office of 30 agents.

 

Program Manager, University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business Center for Executive Development (CED), Berkeley.

Developed and delivered strategic business planning sessions to senior management. Coordinated technology and education programs for E-commerce, leading change and leveraging culture. Developed contracts for off-site lodging, hotels and catering. Identified and oversaw implementation of database enhancements. Logistical support. Managed and recruited staff. Implemented and developed new policies and procedures for registration process.

Personal Accomplishments
 

I’ve been on my own since the age of 15. I have been able to develop my skills in many areas, including real estate. I challenged myself in the field of culinary arts both for fun and a stress relief. This led to being awarded a scholarship to study abroad in Italy in the field of culinary arts from Contra Costa College Culinary Arts Program. My life has been rich,  blessed and fulfilling in many ways.
